The broadcast premiere of the documentary “Shinin’ Times”, the Life and Times of Sam Arnold and the Fort Restaurant aired on Thurs. August 3rd at 8 pm on Rocky Mountain PBS KRMA TV channel 6.
Produced by Lynne Scholfield, “Shinin’ Times” is the story of Denver’s legendary Fort restaurant, and of the legendary entrepreneur, western historian and gourmet chef Sam Arnold who spent a lifetime turning one dream after another into reality.
